Text Situated Alignment Generalist, Business Analysis

The work

You will help assess whether adding social context before a user request leads to more relevant, useful, personalized, clear, and well-aligned advice from a language model. The work combines scenario writing, model interaction, response evaluation, and detailed written feedback.

Each task takes about 60 minutes. You will follow project guidelines and complete assigned work within the required timeline.

• Create realistic social scenarios involving personal, professional, or interpersonal context.
• Interact with a language model under assigned evaluation conditions.
• Rate responses for relevance, usefulness, personalization, clarity, and alignment with the provided context.
• Explain the reasoning behind each rating through clear, detailed written feedback.
• Distinguish between answers that are merely plausible and those that are genuinely useful and grounded in context.

What it pays and takes

This is an entry-level contractor project focused on contextual language model evaluation. The project is remote and open worldwide.

• Payment: Per label; the listing does not provide a rate.
• Schedule: 20 or more hours per week.
• Project length: Approximately 2 to 3 weeks.

• Language: Strong written English proficiency.
