Short answer: for Hindi work, pay does vary a lot by role, and some of it is low. In the postings, the Hindi language expert role is the lowest (about $5–$20/hr), while the Hindi transcription roles go up to $10–$35/hr or more. The Babel Audio transcriber is posted at up to $110 per audio hour, but that is per hour of audio, not per hour of your time, so it works out far lower per hour worked.
On earning $50 today in 1–2 hours: I can't promise that, and I don't see a role that reliably does it. Applications have steps (screening, tests, approval), so the first paid work usually takes days to weeks, not hours. Please be careful of anyone promising quick money; the scam checker is worth a look.
For Hindi plus English, the transcription and editing roles below fit best. The Hindi language expert role asks for a degree and 5+ years of localization experience, so it is stricter. Outlier takes people from India, but DataAnnotation does not.
