About the role

Help improve voice AI by having natural conversations with an AI agent in your everyday Swiss German dialect. Follow a customer-service scenario we provide - no recording experience is needed.

This role is 100% remote.

Compensation: US$42 per approved audio hour.

What you’ll do

Help improve voice AI by having natural conversations with an AI agent in your everyday Swiss German dialect. Follow a customer-service scenario we provide - no recording experience is needed.

  • Complete 5–10 conversations with an AI agent.
  • Follow the customer-service scenario provided for each conversation.
  • Speak naturally in your everyday dialect.
  • Allow approximately 5–10 minutes per conversation, with flexible participation from home.

Dialects we’re looking for

Choose the dialect you naturally speak. Your dialect and recording quality will be reviewed.

  • Zurich German
  • Bernese German / Bärndütsch
  • Aargau German
  • St. Gallen / Eastern Swiss German
  • Basel German
  • Lucerne German

Compensation

Compensation: US$42 per approved audio hour, calculated from the accepted recording duration. Earnings depend on the approved recording duration, rather than total time spent participating.

At least five submitted conversations are required to qualify for payment. Submitted recordings are subject to review.

What you’ll need

  • Natural spoken proficiency in one of the listed dialects.
  • A quiet recording environment.
  • A working microphone and stable internet connection.
  • The ability to follow the project instructions.
