Aligned is expanding its team by hiring 25 Senior Electrical Engineering Experts for part-time, fully-remote work. This role is crucial for supporting frontier AI research.

Your responsibilities will include

• Designing expert-level electrical engineering problems that current leading AI models struggle with.
• Evaluating and pressure-testing leading AI models in electrical engineering domains.

• Engineers at leading semiconductor and IC companies (e.g., Intel, NVIDIA, Qualcomm, Broadcom, TSMC).
• Principal engineers at defense and aerospace contractors (e.g., Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman).

Minimum Qualifications

• Fluent English reading and writing skills.
• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
