micro1 is looking for experienced Krita specialists to support an AI training project. In this role, you will use Krita to complete real-world digital illustration and design tasks and explain your workflows step by step. Your expertise will help improve how AI systems understand digital art and illustration.

Scope of Work

• Create and edit digital illustrations and artwork using Krita.
• Work with digital painting, character design, and concept art.
• Use brushes, layers, masks, and color management tools.
• Create and refine 2D animations and visual assets.
• Complete advanced Krita tasks and explain your workflows step by step.
• Create clear instructions and detailed prompts for digital art workflows.

Requirements

• Strong professional hands-on experience using Krita.
• Experience with digital painting, illustration, and concept art.
• Good understanding of brushes, layers, masks, and digital art techniques.
• Ability to create high-quality digital artwork and visual assets.
• Access to Krita and ability to record your screen while completing tasks.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Ability to explain creative workflows clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• A portfolio demonstrating digital illustration or concept art experience.
• A relevant master's degree or PhD in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Previous Human Data experience, such as data annotation, RLHF, or AI model evaluation.
• Experience with character design, 2D animation, or game art.
• Professional experience in digital illustration or graphic design.

This role is 100% remote: you can work from any country except Afghanistan, Belarus, DR Congo, China, Cuba, Ethiopia, Hong Kong, Iraq, Iran, North Korea, Libya, Myanmar, Macau, Russia, Sudan, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela and Yemen.
