About the role
What We're Researching
We're running a paid study on the digital platforms that power daily healthcare operations. Our goal is to evaluate how current software solutions integrate into clinical and administrative routines. Your insights will help us identify friction points and opportunities to improve day-to-day healthcare technology.
How It Works
You will participate in a 60-minute remote video interview with our research team. During the call, you will walk us through your typical daily routine and highlight the digital tools you rely on most. We will ask you to describe specific workflows, noting where current platforms succeed or fall short. Finally, you will provide feedback on how these systems impact your overall efficiency and patient care.
Who This Is For
We are looking for active healthcare professionals who regularly use digital workflow tools in their daily practice. We welcome physicians, nurses, clinical administrators, health informatics specialists, and allied health providers. Candidates should have direct experience navigating electronic health records, scheduling platforms, or clinical management software.

- Walk us through your daily clinical or administrative routines
- Discuss the digital tools and platforms you use most frequently
- Identify friction points or inefficiencies in your current software ecosystem
Who Should Apply
- Currently employed in the healthcare sector
- Regular user of clinical or administrative digital workflows
- Comfortable discussing both successful and frustrating software experiences
- Able to join a remote video call from a quiet location
Compensation
