Colombian Spanish expert

Role Overview

We're recruiting native Colombian Spanish speakers for immediate customer experience (CX) agent testing. You'll interact with our client's conversational AI agent, assess how it performs, and provide clear written feedback.

What You'll Do

• Test the CX agent's responses and behaviour across the prompts and scenarios provided
• QA each conversation for accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness in Colombian Spanish
• Provide clear written feedback on conversation flow and user experience
• No domain expertise required - a generalist perspective is exactly what we need

Schedule & Compensation

• Duration: 2 weeks
• Daily Commitment: 1-2 hours per day
• Start Date: Immediate

Requirements

• Native or fluent Colombian Spanish speaker
• Ability to make clear phone calls with good audio quality
• Available to start immediately
