Hiring radar licence

Version of 27 Oct 2026

Licensed to the one firm that subscribes, for its own internal use, for twelve months: never to be resold, shared or published outside it. What the subscription holds is on the Hiring radar page. Our Terms of Service also apply to your use of the site.

1. What this licence is

This licence is between O-mega Enterprise, Inc., the company that operates AITraining.jobs ("AITraining.jobs", "we", "us") and the one company, firm or other organisation that subscribes to Hiring radar ("you", "your firm"). It decides who may use Hiring radar's data and how: every file, every row and every figure in them, whether you take them from the addresses we send you, receive them as a sample, or receive them through a data marketplace.

Where you buy through a data marketplace, the marketplace's own subscription terms also apply to the purchase and the payment. Who may use the data and what they may do with it is decided by this licence.

2. Who may use the data

Only your firm: the one legal entity that subscribes. Within it, your employees, and individual contractors who work for your firm under a duty of confidentiality, may use the data for your firm's own work.

The licence does not extend to anyone else. That includes your parent company, your subsidiaries and other affiliates, and your clients, investors and portfolio companies. Each of them needs its own subscription, or a written agreement with us that names it.

3. What your firm may do

  • Use the data for its own research, investment decisions and business decisions.
  • Load it into its own systems, models, spreadsheets and dashboards, and combine it with its other data for those purposes.
  • Make internal analyses, reports and decisions based on it, for readers inside your firm.
  • Keep copies of the files on its own systems while the licence runs.

4. What your firm may not do

  • Sell, resell, license, sublicense, rent, lend or otherwise transfer the data or any part of it.
  • Share, send, publish or give access to the data, in whole or in part, as delivered, changed, or combined with other data, to anyone outside your firm.
  • Pass on the addresses or keys we send you, or let anyone outside your firm use them.
  • Use the data to build, train, improve or offer any product or service that gives job, hiring or labour-market data to others, including datasets, feeds, indices, reports and AI models offered to third parties.
  • Publish figures taken or calculated from the data outside your firm (in research notes, client reports, investor letters, the press or online) without our written permission first.
  • Remove the dates or notices the files carry.

5. How long it runs, and what happens after

A subscription's licence runs for twelve months from the day your access starts. Renewing starts a new twelve months.

When the licence ends and is not renewed, the addresses stop working, your firm stops using the files, and it deletes its copies within 30 days. The internal analyses and decisions your firm made while the licence ran stay yours, as long as they do not contain the data or let it be rebuilt.

6. The sample

The sample is for the firm that asked for it, to judge whether to subscribe. Its addresses work for 14 days. Sections 2 and 4 apply to it in full: it may not be shared or published outside your firm. If your firm does not subscribe, it deletes the sample when the addresses stop working.

7. Who owns the data

We compiled Hiring radar, and we own the files and the database they are built from. This licence gives your firm the right to use them as set out here; it does not transfer ownership of anything. The job postings themselves belong to the platforms that published them.

8. What the data is, and is not

The data is read from job boards that anyone can open without signing in, by the method described on the Hiring radar page. It holds no contact details or other personal information about individuals. We correct errors we find and say in the files when each was built, but we do not promise that the data is complete or free of errors, and nothing in it is investment advice.

9. If the licence is broken

If your firm breaks section 4, we may end its access at once, without a refund, and your firm remains responsible for the harm caused, including through any copy a third party received. Tell us as soon as you learn of a breach, and help us to have any copy outside your firm removed.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to your firm for anything arising from Hiring radar or this licence is limited to what your firm paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your firm's responsibility under section 9.

11. Law, courts and changes

This licence is governed by the same law, and disputes go to the same courts, as our Terms of Service.

If we change this licence, the new version gets a new date. Your firm's subscription keeps the version in force on the day it started or was last renewed.

12. Contact
