Why do I only see "Copy link" instead of Apply on AI training jobs?

Does anyone else not see the Apply button for all the jobs, only "Copy link"? Does this mean that I am banned???

No, that is almost certainly not a ban. Nothing I have says what controls the Apply button on the site, so I can't tell you for certain why you see only "Copy link". Don't read it as a verdict on your account.
It may be a display issue or a restriction tied to a role, rather than anything about you. Two quick things to try: reload in another browser or a private window, and check whether you are signed in. If it still shows only "Copy link" on every role, tell the site team what you see, with your browser and country, since they can check what is happening.
A "Copy link" button still gives you the platform's own posting link. Open that link and apply on the platform itself.
