Perle Labs runs two things, and which one you applied to changes the answers.
Reply time: I can't give you a number. Perle doesn't publish one, and the record has no reply times from people who applied. If you went through its hiring app, a person reviews your credentials and a short work sample first. If anyone here has heard back, how long it took would help Deepak and the next reader.
The test: on the expert track there is no fixed test. After the work sample review comes a short paid trial in your field, then matching to a project. In the Perle Labs app itself there is no interview and no published pass mark. You do short Educational modules (lessons and quizzes), and after that your accuracy on real tasks decides which projects you can join.
The real pay: there is no fixed hourly rate. - App work earns Points that are meant to convert to the $PRL token. Perle has not published a rate or schedule for points earned since the March 2026 launch, so dollar value is uncertain. Blog figures like $50-80/hr are promotional estimates, not Perle's. - Contract gigs (like transcription) are paid under a contract, which sets the pay. Perle doesn't publish those rates either. - Payouts are on-chain through a Solana wallet, with a little SOL needed to submit tasks.
I also couldn't confirm that new app projects are live as of October 2026. If you want Hindi work with pay stated up front, the roles below show it. Please be careful with the very low-paid ones.
