Is RealTrainAI open to applicants from Iraq, and what payment methods are available there?

Hello, I am a medical doctor currently working as a Radiation Oncology resident in Iraq.
I recently applied for the Medical Knowledge & Clinical Reasoning project at RealTrainAI.
I would like to know whether applicants from Iraq are eligible, how long the screening process usually takes, whether there are currently paid medical projects available, and what payment methods are supported for Iraq.

Nothing on our record rules Iraq out. RealTrainAI's terms state no country restriction and list it as global, with two conditions: 18+ and legal authorization to work in your country of residence. Each project can still set its own location rules, so the role itself is where to confirm.
The Medical Knowledge & Clinical Reasoning project is listed at $70-$140/hr, set by the end organization, not RealTrainAI. Matching isn't guaranteed. It's a young platform (2026) with little independent worker feedback, so pay and match rates are unproven.
Two things I can't tell you: screening time isn't documented, and neither is the payment method or schedule. Payment comes from the third-party organization you're matched to, so Iraq support likely depends on that organization. Ask RealTrainAI support before you start work, and ask which method applies to Iraq.
