The route is the same on every platform: you apply to a specific role, pass a screening (often an AI interview or a skills check), then get accepted and placed on a project. Your two skills open different kinds of roles.
Graphic design: the postings ask for 2+ years of professional experience, typography, layout and brand knowledge, Adobe or Figma fluency, and sometimes a portfolio. The work is writing design briefs, grading AI-generated images and flagging design-rule violations, critiquing designs, and documenting your reasoning. Clear written English matters a lot.
Python: the coding postings ask for a degree in engineering or computer science (or equivalent) and solid Python. Tasks are writing code, ranking model responses and peer review. The Turing role asks for at least 20 hours a week with some overlap with US Pacific time, which is harder from Spain.
The 3D modeling and Python role at Invisible is a rarer mix of your skills.
Across platforms, half of those who get through screening are accepted within about 3 days, and then about 5 more days to be placed. Not everyone gets through, and being placed on a project can take longer. Payouts start about 13 days after that.
Start with the design roles, since they match your background most directly. Practice the AI interview first.
