Two things first: AITraining.jobs doesn't hire anyone itself. It lists roles on platforms like micro1, AfterQuery and Alignerr, and those platforms decide who they accept. The roles below are remote, and the 54 open matches were read for people in Kenya, but the postings I can see don't state country rules. Whether Kenya is accepted, and how payment reaches you there, is something to confirm on each platform's own application page before you invest time in it.
On how long review takes after the interview: I don't have a reliable figure for that, and it differs by platform and by role, so I won't guess. The platform itself decides it, and the confirmation email after your interview is the best place to look for a timeline.
This is where people who have been through it are the best source. If you're in Kenya and have been accepted, or have waited after an interview, please share which platform it was and how long it took, as that would help Kevin and the next person who searches this.
While you wait, the practice interview below is a cheap way to prepare for the next one.
