Inside
What members get
What platforms really pay
Members report the hourly rate they were actually paid, the hours on offer and how long it took to the first payment, per platform. You see the range and the median beside every report it comes from.
Who gets accepted, and how
How far each member got (applied, screened, accepted, earning), what the interview or assessment was like in general terms, and what they would tell a colleague before applying.
New expert roles first
Roles open to the US that pay $50/hr or more, in your field, emailed within the hour we find them. Expert roles fill fast.
Summaries written for you
Every Monday, what members reported the week before, and for each platform an account of everything members reported about it, each point linked to the posts it comes from.
Verification
How every member is checked
Never on your word alone. Give one of these, or more to settle it faster. Our verification agent weighs it the way a credentialing desk would, and tells you exactly what to add when it is close.
An NPI number
For healthcare professionals: we read your record from the federal NPI Registry and match the name, credential and state.
A work or university email
We send a code to the address at your hospital, firm, company or university. You type it back. We never write to it again.
A licence or a public page
A state licence or bar number, or a staff, faculty or registry page: our verification agent looks for the issuing body's record.
Questions
Before you apply
Who can join?
Professionals in the United States with a licence (nursing, medicine, pharmacy, therapy, law, accounting, engineering and similar) or an advanced degree (PhD, MD, JD, PharmD and similar), and people with established standing in a field where AI training platforms hire experts. You can be new to AI training work.
Why only the US?
The expert roles that pay the most, and the platforms' screening for them, are mostly for people licensed or working in the US. Keeping the room to one market keeps every report comparable for every member. The rest of the site stays open to everyone.
How long does checking take?
Usually about a minute after you apply, or after you type back the code from your work email. If the evidence is close but not enough, we tell you the one thing that would settle it.
What do other members see about me?
Your first name, the initial of your last name, and your verified credential (for example "Registered nurse, Texas"). Never your email, your licence number or your employer.
Can I share what I work on?
Share your experience: pay, hours, how the process went, how support treated you. Never the tasks, prompts, rubrics or assessment answers your contract keeps private. Our moderator reads every post before members see it, so a slip is caught and sent back to you to fix.
Does it cost anything?
No. AITraining.jobs is free for the people who do the work; it is paid by some platforms when someone it sent is accepted.
